SHIPPING + RETURNS

BeauTex Designs delivers within Australia and International countries using
Australia Post e-Parcel services, DHL express and USPS.

Orders placed by 10am (AEDT) on a working day will be processed and
dispatched from our warehouse on the same day.

Orders placed after 10am (AEDT) will be processed and dispatched the
following working day.

If we are out of stock we will custom make and send to you. Please note this
will be a 4-6 week wait. We appreciate the support with our slow fashion ethos.

If custom orders are placed for our franchisee partners and specialised
branding is to be organised please be aware that these products will be delivered
in the agreed delivery time frame.  

This will be added to the shipping time Orders placed on weekends and
public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Public Holidays.

A valid street number, suburb, postcode & phone number must be included
when completing the checkout - orders cannot be processed without this
information. PLEASE NOTE we can not send to PO boxes.

BeauTex Designs will not be held responsible for any delays incurred due to
missing or incorrect delivery information.

Delivery cost and times Australian Standard e-Parcel DeliveryAustralian
Standard e-Parcel delivers only within Australia at a flat rate of $10 inc.
GST.  International custom Standard AU$40. For branded franchisee
partner orders will be dispatched from our international fulfilment centre and
a custom shipping price will be quoted and charged. 

FREE SHIPPING on $150 and more will be offered as a promotion from time to
time. Please be aware if you have bought items when this prometon is not valid
we will not reimburse shipping that was charged.

Please note - customs and import duties vary from country to country, the
customer will be responsible for these charges. BeauTex Designs is not
responsible for and will not reimburse any of these charges and duties.

If you refuse to accept your parcel your items will be returned back to us.
Any charges incurred to us in this return process will be deducted from your
refund.

If any items in your order are temporarily or permanently out of stock, we
will contact you to arrange a refund, exchange or credit note for those items.

If applicable, we may also give you the option of waiting for us to ship the
items once new stock arrives. In this case you will not pay for shipping.

Returns and Exchanges

Full priced items can be returned for a store credit or exchange within 7
days of receiving delivery.

The customer can use this credit to purchase a new item or exchange for
another size or style.

Credit notes are valid for 6 months from date of issue and are not valid to
use on SALE items.

Any pre-order cancellations, or returns on pre-ordered items, will result in
a store credit valid for 6 months.

We are unable to accept any returns or exchanges on SALE  items unless the item is faulty.  

Please note, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrectly
selected sizes, refunds are only available if there is a manufacturing fault.

Once your Retunr has been submitted on our portal we will approve or reject
your return within 24 hours.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN / EXCHANGE

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, tags attached and in original condition.

• Processing fee of $20 is to be covered by the customer, unless the item is
faulty, in which case customer must email a photo of the faulty requesting a
return label. 

• Customer must retain tracking details of their return as we are not liable
for any package that goes missing before it reaches us.

Consumer Guarantee

You may choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.
This is when the item:

Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they
had known about it.Is significantly different from the sample or description.

Alternatively you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for
any drop in value.

If the problem is not major we will repair the item within
a reasonable time. If it is not repaired within a reasonable time you can
choose a refund or replacement.

Please keep your proof of purchase - your receipt.
