We offer free standard shipping and paid express shipping. Please note, we have fulfillment centres in both the US and Australia where stock will be shipped based on your location and stock availability. Due to our global fulfillment centres and changing inventory levels, your shipment may be split and you may receive your items in two seperate packages.

As we are very quick to dispatch orders once they have been placed it may not be possible to amend your order once it has been placed. However, we encourage you to contact us as soon as you can and we will try to the best of our ability to help you in amending your order.

If your order hasn't arrived yet, please check your tracking information in the order dispatch email we sent you.

After checking your tracking, if status is still being managed by the shipping company, please contact them directly.

delivered and you haven’t received it, please email us at

If the shipping company has lost your package we will do
everything we can to locate it and resolve this concern as soon
as possible. We will launch an investigation with the shipping company and we ask for your patience as lost parcels can take up to 3-4 weeks for us to receive proof and confirmation from the shipping company that it has been lost. Once we hav this confirmation we can either re-send or refund your order.

We are so sorry to hear that the item you’ve received is faulty and we would certainly love to resolve this for you. Please head to our returns portal (click RETURNS in the website footer below) and fill in a returns
form with a photo of the fault and we will exchange it for you free of
charge.

Sometimes an item may be missing from your order because we do not have stock at the time of dispatch. If this is the case, it will be noted at the bottom of your order page and shipped once back in stock. 

All parcels are checked before they leave our warehouse locations so if an item is missing and you do not see a note at the bottom of your order please contact our customer services team through
the contact form and we will investigate on a case by case basis to work out what has happened. We will endeavour to respond to you within 48 hours.

As all of our orders are checked before despatch, it is very rare for an incorrect item to be sent, however, if this has occured, we sincerely apologise and would love to get this sorted for you as quickly as possible. Please head to the returns form found in the footer of our website and select the option for "incorrect item". We will help you from there to exchange for the correct items free of charge.

Returns are easy! Items in their original condition with original packaging can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.  Personalised items are not able to be returned. Please thoroughly read our returns policy and then use our returns form (located at the bottom of our webpage). Once we have received your return application we will be in touch about the next steps to exchange or return your item.

It can take up to 25  days for us to receive the items and process the
exchange/return. If it has been longer than 25 days please contact us using our contact form. Please make sure you have the tracking number for your returned parcel handy so that we can assist you in tracking it.

We have online promotions from time to time and each discount code will have different T&C’s as to when and how it can be used. These T&C's will be featured on the marketing communication or social media post. Please note that discount codes cannot be combined, it is one discount code per order only. Please also note that we don’t offer returns, exchanges or refunds on items purchased with a discount code, these sales are final.

If your payment method has been declined, you will need to place your order again. If you have sufficient funds in your account and your bank has confirmed there is no issue with your card or account details, and your payment method continues to be declined please contact us via our contact form and we will investigagte whether it is an issue on our end.

Please email us immediately and we will investigate whether it is still possible to add the
discount code. If your order has already been despatched we will be unable to
amend the price.

We understand that polyester has been judged in the past for being too hot in warm climates, this is why we have incorporated cooling technology in our fabric to make it more breathable and comfortable to wear. Natural fibres aren't ideal for many work environments as the chemicals can deteriorate the fabric causing risk to the skin. The BeauTex material has been intentionally woven to be both enjoyable and comfortable to wear whilst staying durable and long-lasting, saving you money in the long run.
